How fast does the AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT run connected to the 16" MacBook Pro versus the 2019 Mac Pro?

WHAT DID WE LEARN?

The AMD RX 6900 XT runs fast in the 16" MacBook Pro, but not as fast when it is installed in the 2019 Mac Pro... with one exception. (Note that the AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series requires Big Sur 11.4 or later when running on a Mac.)

The 16" MacBook Pro used the internal display for all tests except Warhammer and Shadow of Tomb Raider. For those tests we used two of the DisplayPorts to light up the Dell UP2715K.

We chose the Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 6900 XT because it was 12.2 inches long. Versions longer than that will not fit in the 2019 Mac Pro.
