Pro W6800X "single" versus other GPUs

We tested Pro W6800X Duo in single GPU mode versus other GPUs.

BasemarkGPU - Metal
Official Test at 4K resolution and HIGH Content Quality. (HIGHER Frames per Second = FASTER)

GFXBench - Metal
Aztec Ruins High Tier 1440p Offscreen. (HIGHER Frames per Second = FASTER)

TW: Warhammer II - Metal
Ran Skaven built-in benchmark at 3840x2160 High. (HIGHER Frames per Second = FASTER)

 

WHAT DID WE LEARN?

The Radeon Pro W6800X MPX Module is as fast or faster than the Pro Vega II MPX Module, RX 5700 XT, and VII, but slower than the Pro W6800, RX 6800 XT, Pro W6900X, and RX 6900 XT.

NOTE: We chose the Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 6800 XT and Sapphire Nitro+ Radeon RX 6900 XT because they were both 12.2 inches long. Versions longer than that will not fit in the 2019 Mac Pro.
