Not sure gamers will typically want to spend 5K or more to use an iMac Pro for a gaming system, but just because we can, we wanted you to know how well it 'plays' with the other Macs.

DIRT Rally
Using the built-in Benchmark mode, we selected Medium preset at 2560x1440 Fullscreen, disabled Vsync, and disabled MSAA. (FASTER Frames per Second = FASTER)
Total War: WARHAMMER
Using the built-in 'dwarfs versus greenskins' Benchmark, we selected "High" preset, 2560x1440, full screen. (FASTER Frames per Second = FASTER)
X-Plane 11
Using a recorded 2 minute flight of the SR-71 Blackbird, we started up benchmarking mode from the Terminal app specifying 2560x1440, full screen, circle view, high quality (fps_test=3). (FASTER Frames per Second = FASTER)
Tomb Raider
Built-in Benchmark was run using HIGH preset at 2560x1440 Fullscreen. (FASTER Frames per Second = FASTER)
WHAT DID WE LEARN?
The 'low-end' iMac Pro out-performs fastest iMac 5K and Mac Pros with the best GPUs. Think of it this way: when you are done doing pro stuff, you can have some high rez playtime.
The slow Warhammer performance by NVIDIA GPUs is a frustrating . Send your queries to Feral Interactive.
